Sports Physical Day at Sutter Davis

Why wait? Students in grades 7-12 are encouraged to complete their sports physicals this spring at Sutter West Medical Group for the 2010-11 school year. Coaches strongly recommend that you take this opportunity to get your physicals early so that you can be ready to participate in early tryouts.
Your $20 donation will benefit the DHS Athletics Department.
Sports Physical packets can be picked up at your student's school office or online at www.davisseniorhigh.net
Packets must be completed, signed by a parent/guardian and brought with you on June 5th in order to participate in the clinic.
